Ballet Director: Jacqui du Randt S.R.B Affil.
Competitive Hip Hop teacher: Steven Flanagan-Tordjman
Steven is currently pursuing a bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Waterloo. Following his family footsteps, Steven started dancing at the age of 4. Throughout the past 14 years Steven has competed across the province in dance and has choreographed for several studios in Ontario. He is known for his powerful tricks and mastering his own unique fusion of classical styles and street dance. He’s trained at the National Ballet, Quinte Ballet School of Canada and many other prestigious dance schools. Taking nearly every workshop and dance class available he was quickly able to land a job teaching hip-hop and breakdance at local studios. In addition to that, he specialises in functional strength training for young male dancers. After graduating from the advanced program at his family owned dance studio, he wasn’t ready to let dance go. Steven was overjoyed when he was offered to teach for Reach For The Stars. Competing in over 75 dance competitions, Steven plans to pass on his talents, confidence and passion for dance to all of his students.
